¿What do you do about it?
My makeup artists and estheticians will advise leaving it alone.
Normally, I would use Photoshop to remove any non-permanent blemishes. While some makeup is acceptable, it carries the risk of infection and may exacerbate swelling and redness if applied around the affected area.
When you receive your proofs, the cover photo will be a polished photograph. I would have removed that imperfection, but please note that the rest of the photos will not be edited unless specifically instructed to do so.
If you have any concerns, feel free to contact your esthetician for advice. Alternatively, if you reside in San Francisco, you may consider reaching out to Angela LaFlamme at (646) 279-3026 or visit her website at https://www.skinbylaflamme.com
